The Wildfire! Mission is back for its sixth year at Faith Methodist Church on Sunday through July 19.

More than 90 young people from six churches in Wisconsin and one in Michigan will be volunteering at the church's homeless shelters, day car centers, food shelf and community dinners. They will also help at the Salvation Army food pantry and store, Golden Living retirement home, the Damiano Center, Union Gospel Mission and the University of Minnesota Duluth Methodist campus house. They also plan to paint a needy person's home.

The program is directed by the Revs. Joel and Barbara Certa-Werner with help from others in the community. It includes opportunities for participation in recreational activities in the area.
