Today, I actually saw a few snowflakes fall and it got me thinking.
Winter is nearly here. With winter comes the cold, longer nights, shorter days, and the inevitable shoveling of snow. It also seems that people become a little more closed off. I don't know if that's because we're running from the warmth of our houses to the warmth of our cars, then to the warmth of our workplaces or something else entirely.
But whatever the reason, I want to encourage you to take the time and open yourself up to others, and most importantly, to God.
There are ample opportunities between Thanksgiving and Christmas to allow God to do a truly amazing work in your life. He wants to do it.
That's why He came. Open up your life to Him today.
