The people of Christ Lutheran Church in Superior are gathering supplies to ship to members of our Armed Forces serving in Afghanistan and Iraq. Starting Monday, you can drop off donations such as disposable razors, dental floss, Chap stick, baby wipes, toothpaste, toothbrushes, gum, nuts, hard candy, power bars and Pop Tarts at the church between 9:30 a.m. and 2 p.m. Monday-Thursday.

On Sunday, Christ Lutheran Church of Superior also have a special observance of Armed Forces Day during the 8 and 10:30 a.m. worship services to honor the 1.5 million men and women on active duty and 1.25 million in the reserves. Those who have served in the past or are currently in the military will be remembered in prayer. Coffee fellowship between services. Call 398-3680 for information.
