The Superior Public Works Department closes Sept. 1 to observe the Labor Day holiday.
Because of the holiday, residents with Monday garbage service are requested to have their garbage out by 7 a.m. Tuesday and all other residents should place their garbage out by 7 a.m. on their regular scheduled day and be aware that there will be delays in pickup.
The recycling schedule will also change during this holiday season. Pickups will be one day late throughout the week.
