John Nilson, a well-known performer in the Pacific Northwest, will be part of the worship service at Faith United Methodist Church at 8:15 and 10:30 a.m. Sunday.
He began studying classic piano at age 6 and began playing guitar at age 14.
He founded the Magic Wing recording company in 1987 and has sold over a million CD's worldwide. His latest CD is Places I Go, which features original compositions combining folk, classical and jazz.
He also has a folk rock band called Swimfish.
