Joan Oswald, Miller-Dwan Foundation grants specialist, has been invited by the National Institute of Mental Health to participate in a panel review of research projects funded by the Institute. The panel will examine the feasibility of new treatment strategies in the care of people suffering with mental health disorders.
"The Miller-Dwan Foundation has been a leader in transforming mental health care in our region, and so it is very appropriate that Joan has been selected for this duty. Her experience and her passion for quality behavioral health services will make her an outstanding panelist," said Traci Marciniak, president of the Miller-Dwan Foundation.
