Northwest Wisconsin Concentrated Employment Program is again offering a chance to gain a year's worth of education in five weeks.
If you're unemployed, have a mechanical background and interest in welding, would consider relocating for work and have five weeks to commit, the program is for you.
CEP is offering 20 scholarships for another "welding boot camp."
The training condenses a year's worth of training into a five-week intensive program that gets underway in May.
The grant-funded program is run in partnership with Wisconsin Indianhead Technical College. Applications for the program must be submitted by March 15.
