National Bank of Commerce announced Nancy Kastelic was named vice president, business development officer, at the bank's Hermantown office. She will be responsible for developing new business and establishing banking relationships with current and potential customers, and ensuring attainment of the Hermantown office's goals. Additionally, she will serve as site manager.
She joined National Bank of Commerce as director of sales and marketing in 2004, where she has been instrumental in redesigning the marketing department. In addition, she has played a key role in implementation of the bank's new sales and service initiative. Prior to joining NBC, Kastelic had eight years of experience in the banking industry where she worked as a personal banker, consumer manager and mortgage consultant.
She graduated from the University of Minnesota Duluth with a bachelor of business administration degree, emphasis in personal finance.
She is presently enrolled in the masters of arts in management program at the College of St. Scholastica.
