"We are so very pleased to perform this service for the Hermantown Community," said Nancy Kastelic, vice president of business development and office manager of the National Bank of Commerce's Hermantown office. "Our staff believes in giving back to our communities, and coordinating and working this event is just one of the many, many ways we reach out in service to meet the needs of our communities."

Mayor Keith MacDonald accepted the check on behalf of the Hermantown Community Fund, an affiliate fund of the Duluth-Superior Area Community Foundation. The money will be used to fulfill grant requests by Hermantown area groups and organizations.
