Name of Superior man killed in crash released

25-year-old Hunter Busse died Sunday after he lost control of his vehicle.

Authorities on Tuesday released the name of a 25-year-old Superior man who died in a car crash Sunday evening.

Hunter Busse was killed when he lost control of the Honda CR-V he was driving west on Douglas County Highway B at about 7 p.m. at the intersection of County Highway E and the vehicle overturned in the ditch, the Wisconsin State Patrol said in a news release.

Busse was pronounced dead at the scene.

The State Patrol is investigating the crash. The Douglas County Sheriff's Office also assisted at the scene.
