Mildred Betty Jane Larson, 86, of Superior, beloved wife and mother, passed away Monday, April 30, 2007, at the Villa-Marina Health and Rehabilitation Center in Superior.
Millie was born April 25, 1921, in Mason, Wis., to Charlie and Selma Becker. She graduated from Ashland High School in 1939.
Millie was a lifelong member of Apostolic Faith Assembly where she taught Sunday School for 52 years blessing many young lives by her passionate teaching.
Millie is survived by her husband of 65 years, Carl; her children, Ron (Mary) Larson of the Hamptons, New York, Gwen (Rod) Sandmon of Forest Lake, Minn., Arlys (Bryan) Kohl of Maplewood, Minn., and Dan (Julianna) Larson of Lake Amnicon. She is also survived by a sister, Eleanor Olby of Lake Nebagamon. Her grandchildren are Scott Larson, Brad Larson, Justin Kohl, Travis Sandmon, Mark Sandmon, Carly Larson, Karinna Kadrmas, Lindsey Amundson and Ashley Amundson, and she has seven great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by two granddaughters, Jennifer Larson and Kelli Kohl, and a daughter-in-law, Sue Larson. MiIlie will also be missed by many friends and relatives.

Visitation will be Thursday from 5 to 7 p.m. at the Thompson-Hegstrom Funeral Home. Funeral services will be at 11 a.m. Friday, with visitation one hour prior to the service. Services will be held at the Darrow Road Wesleyan Church with Pastor Lincoln Fry officiating. Burial will be in Greenwood Cemetery, Superior.
