SUPERIOR — Mayor Jim Paine plans to deliver his annual State of the City address this week.

The speech will begin at 6 p.m. Thursday, May 12 at the Old Post Office, 1401 Tower Ave.

The site is the location of the new Development Association headquarters, and the speech will be held in the third floor, Paine said.
