David Patrick Rasmussen Jr., 57, 7925 S. Finn Point Road, fourth-offense operating with a prohibited alcohol concentration, no contest plea, 330 days jail imposed and stayed, two years of probation, 120 days jail, $2,579 fine, lifetime driver’s license revocation, 30 months ignition interlock, alcohol assessment; fourth-offense operating while intoxicated, dismissed.
