Kelsey Reuail Schlais, 40, 1716 Oakes Ave., repeater domestic disorderly conduct, no contest plea, 12 months jail imposed and stayed, two years of probation, 30 days jail, $520.60 restitution, fine and court costs, no contact with victim or their address; repeater criminal damage to property, dismissed.

March 18

Justin James Patzer, 31, 2619 E. Seventh St., operating while revoked, no contest plea, 20 days jail, $443 court costs; possess drug paraphernalia, amended to ordinance violation possession of drug paraphernalia, no contest plea, $326.50 fine.


Jeffery Robert Strenke, 33, Luck, party to possession of improvised explosives, possess short-barreled shotgun or rifle no contest pleas, one year jail imposed and stayed, three years of probation concurrent, $518 court costs; resisting or obstructing an officer, no contest plea, $100 fine.

Stephen Howard Aherns, 43, Olive Hill, Kentucky, attempt burglary, deferred prosecution agreement fulfilled, dismissed.
