Five charges have been filed against a Superior teen accused of shooting at an occupied car in Cloquet on Sunday, July 3.
With no new information and an expired purchase agreement, Mayor Jim Paine discouraged action.
“We are lucky that we can go over to Minnesota,” Christina DeGraef, one of the Superior rally’s organizers, told the News Tribune. “But that’s not the point. The point is that every state should be a safe state.”
