To The Telegram,

It is important for you to know that the Friends of Superior is not a vindictive group. Rather it is a small group of people trying to pursue the truth as to how the city of Superior handled the demolition of the Palace Theater.

Yes -- the theater is gone, but what building is next? This is a small town, our supply of historic sites is limited. While the city is trying to scare you with the cost of a potential lawsuit, remember they have spent thousands buying and tearing down buildings without your permission. Kris Fisher and others have spent hours and hours working toward the goal of getting the truth out to you the people of Superior. Keep in mind, this is a volunteer group, nobody is being compensated.

Finally, I am sure Councilor Norbie has helped the city's case tremendously when Judge Shabaz reads he is being accused of taking "a vacation at local taxpayer expense" if he decides to try the case in this area.
