I am writing this as a former resident of Superior who still has the best interests of the community in my heart. I have known and worked with Dan Blank for almost 20 years.
He is a very intelligent man who has earned the respect of most people who have worked with him except for some police officers with their own personal agendas.
This dedicated professional has tackled tough issues and helped prosecute gang members successfully. He has placed himself and his family in danger because of his willingness to fight for fairness and justice in a judicial system that he believes in.
How many of you recall when his house was firebombed? He stayed here and put the Superior Community and your safety ahead of his own.

He is a sincere man of integrity. When I read articles of supposed peacemakers questioning his ethics it is difficult to understand. The politics of unfair accusations and an unjustified attack on his professionalism should be appalling to informed citizens.
I know that he was not born in Superior but that should not be the measure of whether he will be a great judge. He is the most experienced candidate and will work diligently to serve the community.
He has touched many lives in his time as the DA and can impact many more in a positive way if you give him the vote that he deserves at election time. The volumes of really good things that Mr. Dan Blank has done for Superior will not all be reported, but hopefully voters in Superior will choose their best candidate and see through rhetoric designed to cloud a good reputation. The character of your current District Attorney is of the highest standard and certainly what I would want for my elected official and the opportunity to place Dan Blank in the important position of Circuit Judge should be welcomed by all. Seize the opportunity to improve the judicial system with the addition of a truly qualified candidate with the experience and fortitude to excel at this duty.
Your vote for Dan Blank will pay dividends for years to come.
