Helen R. Gunnerson, 83, of Kearney, Neb., formerly of Lexington, Neb., died Thursday, April 19, 2007, at Tri-County Hospital in Lexington.
Visitation was April 22 at Reynolds-Love Funeral Home in Lexington. Services were April 23 at Calvary Assembly of God Church in Lexington, with the Rev. David Stitt officiating. Interment was in Greenwood Cemetery in Lexington.
Reynolds-Love Funeral Home of Lexington was in charge of arrangements.
Survivors include six sons, Ronald (Judy) Linden of Lexington, Robert (Janice) Linden of Cozad, Neb., Danny Linden of Columbus, Neb., Roger (Carol) Linden, Lexington, Jim Linden, Kearney, and Kevin Meisinger, Thermopolis, Wyo.; three daughters, Bonnie (Gene) Holbrook, Lexington, Helen Radcliffe, Elm Creek, Neb., and Sandy (Patrick) Bower, Kearney; one brother, Alex Benjamin of Duluth; one sister, Mardell Ambroze of Chicago; 23 grandchildren; 42 great-grandchildren; five great-great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces, nephews and friends.
She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Gilbert; one daughter, Donna; two brothers; one sister; one grandson; and two great-granddaughters.

Helen was born Feb. 10, 1924, at Duluth to Dan and Mildred (Rastovich) Benjamin. She grew up in Superior and moved to the Lexington area in 1949. On May 2, 1970, she married Gilbert Gunnerson. While living in Lexington she worked for various businesses around the Lexington area until retiring in 1990. In 2002, Helen moved to Kearney.
