Col. Brent Loberg of Sellers Auction said he had about 200 bidders who purchased everything from office chairs to even the kitchen sinks. "We covered all three floors in about four hours" Loberg said. Now that the contents are cleared out, a contractor will remove interior materials. The building shell will be dismantled in March. The goal of the demolition project is to recycle 50 percent of the building materials, Miller said. When the site is cleared, it will become parking and green space.
