Tessie Jo Williams and Steven Lloyd Gustin, of Humbolt Bay Group Air Station, outside of McKinleyville, Calif., will exchange marriage vows Aug. 9 at Darrow Road Wesleyan Church in Superior.
Parents of the future bride are Tom and Bonnie Williams of Foxboro. Parents of the future groom are Terry and Rob Gustin of Post Falls, Idaho.
Williams graduated from Superior High School in 2004 and is attending the University of Wisconsin-Superior majoring in elementary education. She plans to graduate in 2010. Gustin graduated from Post Falls High School in 1999 and joined the U.S. Coast Guard after graduation. He is an electrician's mate first class and plans to make a career in the service. He was stationed in Alaska and Duluth.
