As part of a deferred agreement with prosecutors, the felony count will be dismissed in 18 months if Hall commits no new crimes and abides by the conditions of his probation.
According to the criminal complaint:
A man told police Hall is an acquaintance. Hall called the man on Nov. 27 because he wanted to fight him. They agreed to meet near Pizza Del Re on North Hastings Way.
The man said he got to that location between 3 and 4 a.m. and got out of his vehicle.
The man said he saw an individual exit 851 N. Hastings Way and fire four rounds toward him. The individual then fled toward 851 N. Hastings Way.
The man found the shell casings the next day and kept them for evidence.
Hall's former roommate told police Hall was bragging about the shooting two days later at an Eau Claire tavern.
The former roommate told police she went to pick up some belongings Dec. 9 at the apartment complex at 851 N. Hastings Way when Hall twice pointed a gun at her and threatened to shoot her.

The woman was allowed to leave the building after other residents told Hall not to shoot her.
The operating a firearm while intoxicated charge stems from a Nov. 8 incident.
According to the criminal complaint in that case:
Hall became upset about an incident at an Eau Claire tavern, went home and left his residence with a loaded handgun concealed in the waistband of his clothing.
Police were called when Hall left the residence with the gun.
An officer found Hall in his driveway. Hall relinquished the gun without incident.
