Superior police and fire departments responded to a one-car rollover on North Fifth Street shortly after 7:40 p.m. Sunday.
A westbound vehicle driven by John Michael Lasch, 42, of Superior struck a parked vehicle on North Fifth Street.
A witness said the driver of the Chevrolet Cavalier didn't appear to be speeding in the 25-mph-zone when he rolled up the rear end of a Scion XA parked west of Baxter Avenue.
Lasch's vehicle overturned after striking the Scion.
Superior Fire Department first responders helped Lasch get out of the overturned vehicle. He suffered scratches and complained of a sore hip, a pre-existing condition, he told police. First responders and a Gold Cross ambulance crew checked out Lasch, but he refused medical treatment.

Lasch was arrested for his fourth offense of operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated. He was transported by police to St. Mary's Hospital for a blood test. He refused the test, but cooperated with the test under the state's implied consent law, according to police.
Lasch was later taken to the Douglas County Jail. He was issued a citation for operating under the influence and scheduled for a court appearance Sept. 12.
The crash remains under investigation.
