Join the annual Rhubarb Lover's Recipe Contest. Send Churches United in Ministry (CHUM) your best rhubarb recipe. A panel of local culinary judges will select the top recipes. The finalists will be asked to prepare their recipe and present it at the Rhubarb Festival on June 26 at First Lutheran Church in Duluth where the winning entry will be selected and announced.

Here are the rules:

Clearly print or type your recipe on a sheet of 8½-by-11 inch paper. Include your name, mailing address, daytime and evening phone contacts, and email (if available).

State whether this is your own recipe or if it is from a published source. If it is from a published source, please note the source and author. If you have adapted a recipe from a published source, please note that, too. If the recipe is submitted by an individual less than 18 years, please indicate "Junior Rhubarb Chef" submission also on the recipe and the individual's name along with the adult who is submitting the recipe.

Your recipe must be received by June 4. Use any of the following methods to submit your recipe and include "CHUM Rhubarb Recipe Contest" in the "attention to" or subject lines:
