The Minnesota State Patrol was involved in a pursuit on Interstate 35 on Wednesday night.
The pursuit began in Duluth near 27th Avenue West at 7:30 p.m. when a Ford truck fled a state trooper, according to State Patrol spokesman Sgt. Neil Dickenson. The pursuit traveled over the Blatnik Bridge into Superior, then returned over the bridge to Duluth. The truck then fled into the area of 21st Avenue West and Piedmont Avenue in Lincoln Park, and the vehicle and occupants were not found, Dickenson said. No arrests were made, but the investigation is continuing.
The Ford truck was confirmed to be a stolen vehicle from Duluth, Dickenson said.
