A Superior man accused of using a computer to facilitate a child sex crime has been arrested and released. The Lake Superior Forensic Technology & Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force executed a search warrant at the residence of a 35-year-old Superior man on Oct. 29, according to a release from Deputy Chief Nicholas Alexander with the Superior Police Department. The man was a person of interest in a joint investigation between the Waukesha County Sheriff's Department and the task force.

The Superior man was present at the time the search warrant was executed and he was arrested on the following felony charges: Exposing a child to harmful material or harmful descriptions or narrations and use of a computer to facilitate a child sex crime. He was booked and released with an initial appearance scheduled for Wednesday. The investigation is ongoing, according to Alexander.
