First Covenant Church, 3311 Hammond Ave., Superior, in conjunction with Child Evangelism Fellowship, invites children ages 4-12 years of age to a five-day Bible Club 9:30-11 a.m. Monday-Friday. "Jesus My Savior and Friend" is this year's theme. It introduces children to Jesus' ministry through five stories from His life. Teachings include how He healed the paralyzed man and the centurion's servant, stilled the storm, talked with a sinful woman, and answered the lawyer's question. Children will learn how to help others, trust God in hard times and share love to others. They will discover that Jesus wants to be their best friend. Each day will include singing, Bible stories, games and snacks.
Besides learning about a great missionary, Hudson Taylor, the church will take daily offerings to help children in Oaxaca, Mexico. For more information, rides or to register call 392-4051 or 392-1561.
