Carlotta L. (Moe) McDonald, 55, Superior, died Sunday, May 20, 2007, in the University of Minnesota Medical Center, Fairview, Minn.
She was born on Nov. 10, 1951, in Chisholm, Minn. to Donald and Bernice (Dezel) Scribner.
She had been employed as a cook's assistant for Family Forum Headstart.
Carlotta was a former member of the Chisholm 4-H and she enjoyed camping, cars, NASCAR, gambling and especially spending time with family and friends.
She is survived one daughter, Dawn (Adam Long) Dominguez, Superior; a son, Todd Moe, Superior; six grandchildren, Anthony, Zachary, Nicholas, Brahden, Ryan and Megen; longtime special friend, Dale Midbon and his son, Jacob Hayes Midbon, of Superior; one nephew David and four nieces, Lisa, Joy, Sandy and Sharon.

Carlotta was preceded in death by her parents and two sisters, LaVonna "Peggy" Frear and Marian "Bootsie" Pajunen.
Visitation will be 5 p.m. Thursday in the Lenroot-Maetzold Funeral Home. Visitation will continue on Friday also in the funeral home from 11 a.m. until the noon memorial service. Pastor David Kebschull of Zion Lutheran Church will officiate.
The family would like to extend their heartfelt thanks and appreciation to the physicians and staff at the University Hospital at Fairview for the wonderful care Carlotta received during her time there.
