Beatrice "Betty" Martineau, 76, lifelong Superior resident, previously of East Third Street, died Saturday, May 25, 2007, at St. Francis in the Park in Superior.
She was born March 25, 1931, to Wilfred and Beatrice Sharon. Betty graduated from Central High School in 1949. She married her husband, Glenn "Cushie" Martineau on Aug. 16, 1951, and was married for 43 years before his passing in 1994.
In addition to her husband, she was preceded in death by her daughter, Lori Jean; sister, Winafred; and brother, Robert.
Betty is survived by her daughter, Beth Ann (Donald) Lisdahl; granddaughter, Jennifer (Ty) Tharge; great-granddaughter, Brooklynn Anne; sisters, Kay and Marj Sharon; and brothers, Bill and Ron Sharon.
A memorial service will be held at 1 p.m. Wednesday at the Seventh-Day Adventist Church, 11th and Cumming Avenue in Superior. Refreshments and fellowship follow the service.
