Joseph P. Kimmes, Sr., 71, longtime Superior area resident, died Friday, Nov. 23, 2007, at St. Mary's Medical Center in Duluth. Visitation is tentatively scheduled for Tuesday evening at Downs-LeSage Funeral Home, 1304 Hammond Ave., Superior. A Mass of Christian burial will be held Wednesday morning at Cathedral of Christ the King Catholic Church in Superior.
Kathleen J. Mullvain, 84, of Gordon, died Friday, Nov. 23, 2007. Brown Funeral Home and Cremation Services of Solon Springs is assisting the family with arrangements.
