A female parachutist was injured when she was blown off course in high winds Monday afternoon. The woman landed in a grassy area near Bryant Elementary School in Superior. She sustained some injuries that were not life threatening, according to Battalion Chief Vern Johnson of the Superior Fire Department. The woman was taken by Gold Cross Ambulance to a local hospital.
