The EZ Street Saloon in South Range is holding a fundraiser for Jayme Closs and her family Saturday at 3 p.m.

Proceeds from a duck race, silent auction, shirt sales and donations will go directly to the Jayme Closs Family Benefit Fund; the saloon's owners are also donating 50 percent of bar proceeds from the event toward the fund.

"Justice has been served to the perpetrator of the horrific crimes against Jayme and her parents. However, the journey for Jayme is just beginning," says a press release from EZ Street Saloon, located at 3205 S. County Road E.

Jake Patterson will spend the rest of his life in prison for murdering 13-year-old Jayme's parents and kidnapping her from their Barron home in October. She escaped in January after 88 days held captive at a cabin in Gordon.

EZ Street Saloon will open at 1 p.m. for the event Saturday. Donations can be sent directly to Jayme Closs Family Benefit Fund, Sterling Bank, P.O. Box 70, Barron, WI 54812.
