The Superior Community Gardens Association will be renting out garden plots for the first time this spring.
The garden is located just north of the intersection of Oakes Avenue and North 24th Street. Garden plot sizes are 8-by-4 feet, and the bed rental fee for the season is $32. A limited number of beds will be available for rental.
Entries are being taken for a chance to rent a bed during the 2020 growing season. To enter, submit your name, address, phone number and email to superiorcommunitygardens@gmail.com or by postal mail to 805 Belknap St., PO Box 1701, Superior, WI 54880 by April 22.
Bed recipients will be randomly drawn on April 30. The rental fee will not be collected until plot recipients are drawn. Call 218-461-2136 for more information.
