A poetry reading featuring northwest Wisconsin poets begins at 2 p.m. Nov. 3 at Art Market 63, one mile south of Cable at 42790 Highway 63 S.
Poets share selections from recently published books of poetry -- Hope McLeod of Washburn reads from "The Place We Begin"; Diana Randolph of Drummond, "Beacons of the Earth and Sky, Paintings and Poetry Inspired by the Natural World" and John Leighton of the Hayward area, "Paradise View."
Before featured poets, audience members are invited to read one or two poems.
Refreshments served following the reading. This event is free and sponsored by the Cable Hayward Area Arts Council and Wisconsin Fellowship of Poets.
