NOTICE TO BID
BRACKETT’S CORNER ROAD RECONSTRUCTION

The Town of Cloverland is requesting bids for the reconstruction of approximately 0.8 tenths of a mile of road from US HWY 13 to the parking lot.
The Town will purchase and provide 2 culverts, 1-36”x40’ and 1-18”x40’.
The contractor will purchase SAS Fabric for the entire road surface and 1000” of silt fence.
The contractor will provide all equipment, labor and materials needed to complete the project which includes the following:
Demo old blacktop
Install silt fence where needed
Clear and grub to edge of right-of-way
Salvage topsoil, ditch and shape roadbed to 24’ wide
Place topsoil in ditches and on slopes, seed and mulch
For roadbed- place fabric, 6”x24’ of 2” minus and 6”x24’ of ¾” gravel, grade to a 2% crown and compact each lift.
The project must be completed by the end of August, 2020.
Bids may be sent to: Town of Cloverland, 2763 S. State Road 13, Maple, WI 54854 or delivered to the Bid Opening that will be held at the Cloverland Town Board meeting on Monday, April 6th, 7:00 pm at the Cloverland Town Hall.
