PLEASE TAKE NOTICE, that by virtue of Findings of Fact, Conclusions of Law, Order for Judgment and Judgment dated December 20, 2018, the undersigned Sheriff of Douglas County, Wisconsin, will sell at public auction at the Douglas County Courthouse, 1313 Belknap Street, in the City of Superior, Douglas County, Wisconsin, on July 30, 2019, at 10:00 a.m., the real estate and mortgaged premises located in Douglas County, Wisconsin, directed by said Findings of Fact, Conclusions of Law, Order for Judgment and Judgment dated December 20, 2018, to be sold, and described as follows:

Lots Three and Eight, Block Two, WEMYSS'S ADDITION TO WEST SUPERIOR, according to the recorded plat thereof, in the City of Superior, Douglas County, Wisconsin.
Subject to easements, covenants, restrictions and mineral reservations of record, if any.

Terms of Sale: Cash or 10% of amount bid by certified check with the balance to be paid upon confirmation of sale.
