Project:The City of Superior is requesting proposals from qualified firms to enter into a two year agreement and perform the following utility billing functions: print utility bills, envelopes, billing inserts; fold and assemble the bills and inserts into mailing envelopes, affix first class postage, and deliver to post office.
All proposals must be prepared on the form provided and submitted in accordance to the Instructions to Consultant/Firm. Proposal requirements may be viewed at the Public Works Office, Government Center, 2nd Floor, 1316 North 14th Street, Superior, Wisconsin (715-395-7557).
