REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS

Wisconsin Indianhead Technical College (WITC) will be accepting sealed proposals for the purchase of a consulting contract for Microsoft Teams phone system implementation. Request for proposal (RFP) descriptions and specifications can be obtained by contacting the Purchasing Office, 715.468.2815.

To be considered, interested parties must submit a complete proposal in a sealed envelope with the RFP identification 20-96100-CW-PHONESYSTEM stated on the face of the envelope to Wisconsin Indianhead Technical College, Purchasing Department, 505 Pine Ridge Drive, Shell Lake, WI 54871. Proposals will be accepted until 3:30 p.m. on Tuesday, April 7, 2020. At that time proposals will be publicly opened. The only purpose of this meeting is to announce the Respondents that have submitted a response to the RFP. No additional information will be reviewed or released about the RFP’s at this meeting. Late proposals will be returned unopened.

WITC reserves the right to reject any proposal for due cause or to waive minor irregularities in any proposal. All proposals must be guaranteed for 90 days from the date of the opening of the proposals. This period of time will allow the College Board time to review the proposals consistent with college policy.
