REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL GENERAL CONTRACTORS

NorthLakes Community Clinic seeks qualified contractor for construction project at their Hayward Rivers Edge Clinic. Respondents will be asked to convey information about how they would price the project and general information about their company. Proposal will be scored based on criteria published in the full RFP document which is available upon request. A contractor will be selected based on proposals and scoring. Project schedule and budget are included in the RFP to give respondents some ability to gage feasibility of the work load. Preliminary drawings are also available. Proposals will be due Thursday, August 8 at 2:00 PM. Performance and payment bonds will be required for this project.
