Request for Bids: The Village of Poplar request bids to remove 52” by 45’ culvert. Village of Poplar Douglas County Wisconsin Request for Bid The Village of Poplar request bids to remove one 52” by 45’ culvert and replace with 6’ by 50’ culvert; slight angle on south, rock bed on north end. Must follow DNR regulations on installations of pipes, rip rap and silt fencing as needed. Bids should include costs of all materials (fill, rip rap, etc.) except the culvert which will be supplied by the Village of Poplar. All costs of paving must be included in bid. The village will be responsible for road closure. The project must be completed by October 29, 2022 excluding paving. Paving is to be done in 2023 and completed by September 30, 2023. All sealed billed bids must be submitted to the Village of Poplar Board Meeting, Tuesday, June 14 at 7:00 pm. A copy of proof of insurance must be included with your bid.
