Disadvantaged Business Enterprise Program
The Duluth Transit Authority will be submitting a Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) Program to the Department of Transportation for approval. Regulation requires the publication of goals contained in the proposed program. The overall contracting goal for 2022-2024 DTA contracts is 2%.
Beginning July 2, 2021, the DTA will be accepting comments on the goal for 30 days. The Federal Transit Administration will be accepting comments 45 days from the date of this notice.
The DTA's Disadvantaged Business Enterprise program with stated goals is available for public inspection at the following location:
