The Regular Meeting of the Common Council was called to order by Mayor Jim Paine at 4:30 p.m. in the Government Center, Board Room 201.

Due to the current COVID-19 emergency, several Councilors attending by teleconference.
Present: Dan Olson, Warren Bender, Brent Fennessey, Ruth Ludwig, Keith Kern - 5
Teleconference: Jenny Van Sickle, Taylor Elm, Esther Dalbec - 3
Excused: Jack Sweeney, Craig Sutherland - 2
Also Present: Mayor Paine, City Attorney Prell, City Clerk Kalan
8. BUSINESS BY DEPARTMENT HEADS
Public Works Director Janigo
8.1 Recommending to award the 2020 Sanitary Sewer Televising Contract to Absolute Pipe for a total bid of $25,990.24.
MOTION by Councilor Kern, seconded by Dalbec and carried, to approve.
8.4 Recommending to award 2020 CDBG & CIP Sidewalk replacement contract to Hovland Concrete, Masonry, and Design, Inc. for a total amount of $496,116.16.
MOTION by Councilor Olson, seconded by Bender and carried, to approve.
