PRESENTATIONS
Review of 2021 budget was presented by County Administrator Ann Doucette. Overview of Douglas County's mission, core values, priorities, and economic conditions summarized. The 2021 proposed budget reflects the following: (1) Proposed levy (based on the cap) $17,720,521 (2.84% increase from last year); (2) Equalized value increase to 5.20%, decreasing mill rate from 4.72% (2020) to 4.61% (2021); and (3) Total expenses $58,813,402; increase of 3.8%.
