Roll call taken by County Clerk Susan Sandvick. There were 19 Present, 2 Absent. Absent - Bergman, Glazman. (Remote - Baker, Borgeson, Certa-Werner, Hendrickson, Long.)
Motion by Pomush, second Jaques, to approve the January 21, 2021, meeting minutes. Motion carried.
CORRESPONDENCE
Four items of correspondence were either received and placed on file or referred to the appropriate committee.
ORDINANCES
Amendment to Ordinance #8.0, Zoning Ordinance, presented by the Zoning Committee. Motion by Hendrickson, second Ryan, to adopt. Motion carried.
Amendment to Ordinance #4.13 Public Assemblage Ordinance, presented by Supervisor Liebaert. Motion by Jaques, second Allen, to refer to Executive Committee. Motion carried.
RESOLUTIONS
#7-21: Resolution by the Administration Committee recommending approval of Worker's Compensation Self-Insurance Reauthorization. Motion by Lear, second Ryan, to adopt. Motion carried.
#8-21: Resolution by the Administration Committee recommending approval of year-end 2020 carry-overs and reserves. Motion by Jaques, second Lear, to adopt. Motion by Allen, second Jaques, to amend Exhibit B-3-21: correct Highway, STP Projects Restricted amount to $1,762,222. Motion carried. Roll call vote taken on the resolution and passed with 19 Yes, 0 No, 2 Absent. Absent - Bergman, Glazman.
#9-21: Resolution by the Administration Committee recommending approval of budgetary transfers. Motion by Jaques, second Lear, to adopt. Roll call vote taken and passed with 19 Yes, 0 No, 2 Absent. Absent - Bergman, Glazman.
#10-21: Resolution by the Public Safety Committee recommending Support of Increased County Child Support Funding. Motion by Pomush, second Moen, to adopt. Motion carried.
COUNTY ADMINISTRATOR REPORT: Written report reviewed.
COUNTY BOARD CHAIR REPORT: Finance Department received budget book award; $4.7 million dollars in timber sales recorded in 2020; Wisconsin mills looking for purchasers to re-open; carbon trading promoted through new federal government administration for timber producing land.
