NOTICE is hereby given that a Public Hearing will be held by the Common Council of the City of Superior, Tuesday, September 15, 2020, at 6:30 p.m. in the Government Center, 1316 N. 14th Street, Board Room 201, Superior, Wisconsin, to exercise special assessment powers under Wisconsin Statutes 66.0703(7) to blacktop the following described alleys:
1. (Alley #1) N 19th Street - N 20th Street & John Avenue to Hughitt Avenue
2. (Alley #2) E 6th Street - E 7th Street & 18th Avenue E to 19th Avenue E
3. (Alley #3) N 16th Street - N 17th Street & Hughitt Avenue to Hammond Avenue
4. (Alley #4) N 22nd Street to Faxon Street & Catlin Ave to Cypress Ave
5. (Alley #5) E 4th Street to E 5th Street & 13th Avenue E to 14th Avenue E
6. (Alley #6) 22nd Ave E heading southeast to Dead End, between E 13th Street and E 14th Street
NOTICE is further given that the Public Works report for proposed blacktop improvements to the above-described alleys is on file in the office of City Clerk and open for inspection.
