NOTICE OF HOSPITAL PRICE
INCREASE FOR ST. MARY'S
HOSPITAL OF SUPERIOR

St. Mary's Hospital of Superior, located at 3500 Tower Avenue, Superior, Wisconsin 54880, has a fiscal year beginning July 1, 2020 and ending June 30, 2021. St. Mary's Hospital of Superior plans to implement a price increase effective July 1, 2020 that will increase total patient revenue for the 12-month period by an average of 2.9% on an annualized basis. This hospital last increased the prices on July 1, 2019 by 2.5%.
