Notice is hereby given the City of Superior Plan Commission will hold a public hearing on December 16, 2020 at 4:00 p.m. pursuant to state law and the City's Zoning Ordinance to consider the following:
Application from Superior Water, Light & Power, owner of land southeast of the intersection of Hammond Avenue and North 28th Street, or Parcel 02-802-07104-00 Superior, Wisconsin 54880 for a Special Use Permit to construct a solar farm.
Due to COVID-19 the meeting is being held virtually. In person public comment will not be permitted during this meeting. While public comment is permitted via the conference line, citizens may and are encouraged to consider submitting written comments in advance of the meeting by email or via United States mail to:
