INVITATION FOR BID
The Town of Gordon, Douglas County, Will accept sealed bids for the removal of the Town Hall existing roofs and insulation down to the wood deck. Install a flat and tapered Isoycanurate insulation system R=32 and a .60 mil Full Force EPDM roof system. Will also need to fab and install all new colored cap flashing's, fascia metal and gutters. And remove all roof debris.

Bids are due by September 7, 2020 by 2:30 p.m. and will be opened at the regular board meeting September 8, 2020. The town board reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to waive any formalities and accept the bid deemed most advantageous to the Town.
