Superior Housing Authority and Meyer Group Architecture will be taking bids for the Superior Housing Authority – Re-Siding & Doors Project until Tuesday, December 22, 2:00 PM bid date. Please submit bids to Superior Housing Authority, 1219 N. 8th St., Superior, WI 54880. Bid security shall be submitted with each bid in the amount of 5 percent of the bid amount. No bids may be withdrawn for a period of 60 days after opening of bids. Owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive informalities and irregularities. Bid Project: Project consists of re-siding and installing new exterior doors on fifteen houses owned and operated by the Superior Housing Authority. The siding will be fiber substrate LP Smartside and trim with pre-finished metal flashings and new weather barrier underneath. The exterior doors will be pre-hung insulated steel. The storm doors will be pre-hung metal with glass. The overhead garage doors will be insulated. One of the houses will receive two new vinyl windows. There will be a NON-MANDATORY pre-bid meeting held via Conference Call at 2:00PM CST on Tuesday, December 8, 2020.
