Proposals will be received by the City of Superior, Public Works Department, at 1316 North 14th Street, 2nd floor, ATTN: Contract Analyst, Superior, WI 54880. Proposals will be evaluated by City staff.

Proposal Due Date: Tuesday, June 30, 2020 at 2:00 PM
Project: This project consists of reconstructing an existing parking lot with water quality improvements, installing green infrastructure elements, and the improvement of shoreline stability to a City-owned small vessel launch.
The project is located at 300 Marina Drive on Barkers Island within the City of Superior, Wisconsin. The project is partially funded through a National Fish and Wildlife Foundation grant.
There are 15 key elements to the project.

4. Detailed Design – Small Craft Launch – Area 1
5. Detailed Design – Parking Lot – Area 2
6. Detailed Design – Native Landscaping and Pervious Asphalt Trail – Area 3 & 4
7. Detailed Design – Impervious Area Reduction and Pavilion with Green Roof – Area 5
8. Detailed Design – Roof Drain Treatment System - Area 6
9. City Utility Design
10. Traffic Control and Staging Design
11. Utility Coordination Process
12. Plans, Quantities, Specifications, Bid Documents and Estimate
13. Environmental Permitting
14. Grant Reporting and Compliance
15. Design Review Meetings and Public Meetings
All proposals must be prepared on the form provided and submitted in accordance to the Instructions to Consultant/Firm. Specifications may be obtained through the Internet at DemandStar.com via the City of Superior’s web page or by phoning Demand Star at 1-800-711-1712. Proposal requirements may be viewed at the Public Works Office, Government Center, 2nd Floor, 1316 North 14th Street, Superior, Wisconsin (715-395-7557).
