Project:The City of Superior is seeking proposals for the management services at the City owned Hayes Court Ballfield Complex. The complex is located at 1701-1771, 1801-1821 and 1911 Elm Avenue, Superior, Wisconsin. The complex is used primarily for youth team baseball and softball games. The services include development, maintenance and operations of 17.3 acres, five baseball/softball fields, concession stands and accessory buildings.
All proposals must be prepared on the form provided and submitted in accordance to the Instructions to Consultant/Firm. Proposal documents and requirements may be viewed at the City of Superior, Government Center, 2nd Floor, 1316 North 14th Street, Superior, Wisconsin (715-395-7557 or darwinj@ci.superior.wi.us).
